You don’t lose your health over night, it happens slowly.  It happens because of the foods you eat and the foods you don’t.  Because of the slips and falls that pile upon one another over the years.  Because of the stress and the lack of exercise and lack of joy.  Slowly your health erodes until…BANG!  It didn’t happen suddenly, you just noticed it suddenly.  You could have noticed it earlier and maybe you really did, you just didn’t pay any attention to it.  Listen to the whispers, then you won’t have to hear the screams.
