Simple but Effective

Nagging low back pain can be awful tiring.  It also tends to be aggravated by something we are forced to do too much; sit.  I like a simple exercise that counters the effects of sitting and doesn’t take more than a minute to do, marching on the spot.  Simple as that.  March on the spot with your knees lifted high and your arms swinging enthusiastically.  Do that for a minute every hour or so and see what it does for you.  For most people, over time, it’ll make a big difference.  Why?  Because we are meant to move.

Yes, I know, people will look at you funny.  Who cares?  Maybe they will join in and you can all have a good laugh!
